Open Records + Meetings
Our bylaws require that (with certain exceptions) we conduct all of our business in the open for the benefit of the public.
Therefore we comply with Missouri Sunshine Law as if we were a public body.
We comply with the open meetings requirements of the Sunshine Law by publicly posting meeting notices and agendas in advance of Board meetings and standing Committee meetings.
All of our Board meetings and standing Committee meetings are open to the public. The public is invited to attend these meetings. An agenda item is usually available at each meeting for public input and comments to the Board or Committee.
We make all open records available to the public in compliance with the Missouri Sunshine Law. These include:
- Board meeting minutes
- Committee meeting minutes
- Treasurer’s reports
- Past meeting agendas
- Corporate records
These open records area available on this web site to be downloaded by anyone. You may additionally request that hard copies of records be sent to you by mail. Please mail your request to:
